TrackFollower is a motocross and ATV track directory that helps riders find nearby tracks, browse upcoming events, and save favorites. Track owners can manage their listings and post events. By using TrackFollower, you agree to these Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

By using TrackFollower, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and managing your profile.
• Not abuse the platform, including but not limited to submitting false track listings, spamming, or attempting to interfere with the service.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from TrackFollower without prior written consent.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using the service.

SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are entirely opt-in. You will only receive text messages if you provide your phone number and enable notifications in your profile settings. Message frequency varies based on events at your favorited tracks. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling notifications in your profile.

Track Listings and Event Information

TrackFollower aggregates track and event information from public sources and track owner submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listing details, event dates, hours, or pricing are current or correct. Always confirm details directly with the track before visiting.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TrackFollower at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

TrackFollower is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of information found on TrackFollower or your visits to any track listed on the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
