When you create an account or use TrackFollower, we may collect the following personal information:

• Name and email address — provided through Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Phone number — provided by you if you opt in to SMS notifications.
• Usage data — such as your favorited tracks and notification preferences.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the TrackFollower service.
• Send you SMS notifications about upcoming events at tracks you have favorited and opted in to receive updates for.
• Improve the service and develop new features based on how riders use TrackFollower.

SMS Notifications

When you provide your phone number and enable SMS notifications on your profile, TrackFollower (operated by Growth Prospectors LLC) will send you event alerts for your favorited motocross and ATV tracks. Message frequency varies based on track activity, typically 1–7 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To request access to or deletion of your data, email privacy@trackfollower.com.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message from TrackFollower.
• Turning off SMS notifications in your profile settings.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely in our database with row-level security policies that restrict access to your own records.
